FACULTY
Sunil Saleem is a Professional Engineer, Project Manager, Corporate and Business Strategy Consultant and a Trainer. He is currently the Managing Director of ASTON Management Consultants Limited, a Consultancy firm on Strategic Project Management, based at Abu Dhabi, UAE, and a Director, Expro Finishing Schools, Calicut.
Starting his career as an Electrical Engineer at Power Utilities Projects in India, Mr. Sunil have later worked at KSA and UAE in reputed Companies, acquiring enriched experience in various Technologies, Industries and Career Domains.
During his professional career, spanning over 20 years, Sunil has spent over 10 years managing Projects and Programs in different fields, including; Power Utilities, Telecom, IT & Construction, with a track record of successful delivery of Infrastructure and Technology Projects across multiple Industries. He transfers his knowledge and experience, while enhancing his own, through developing and delivering training.
Being a Management Consultant, his expertise in Strategy Development and Project Management is enhanced with specializing in Corporate Strategy alignment to Project Management, Organizational Maturity Assessment and Performance Management.
Sunil Saleem holds a Bachelor's Degree (B. Tech) in Electrical Engineering from Calicut University, India and a Global MBA from Manchester Business School, University of Manchester, United Kingdom. He is also a certified PMP® by the Project Management Institute (PMI), USA.
Dr. K. Purandaran received both bachelors in psychology and masters in applied psychology from Madras University. After a stint in working with a Hospital in Coimbatore as psychologist using behavior therapy and REBT he shifted to marketing research and was widely consulted for consumer research and strategic support by Ad agencies in Kerala.
After joining TISS since 2005, he was involved in a number of research projects of national importance. Worked as a Program Manager, NUSSD, a project of TISS, which provide employability skill to youths. Later he moved to corporate as AGM in the HR division and heading pan India operation of skill development.
His readings and research in existential perspective in "psychological Well Being" form the thesis in which Bharathiar University awarded him Ph.D. His expertise includes research methodology, behavioral statistics and policy analysis and also a psychometric consultant to a large public sector corporation.
